This office follows the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

It is our mission statement to continue to immunize all children with the recommended and mandatory vaccines. We believe vaccines are safe and highly effective in their ability to decrease disease and mortality rates in children.

As a group we are firm believers in the prevention of disease through immunizations. We also reserve the right to refuse to provide medical care to parents who decline mandatory vaccines as recommended by AAP and CDC unless a true medical exemption exists.

We respectfully ask you to seek care else where if you refuse MMR, DaPT, Polio, Hib, pneumococcal, varicella, Hep B, meningococcal vaccines.

We require parents signatures on all immunization visits. Please provide consent in writing if you are sending the child to a vaccine visit without one of the parents. For your convenience please download the consent for treatment form and send it with the person bringing your child.
